I hired Melo in March 2023 to clean exteriors of my residence. Very friendly and customer service oriented from start to finish. Responsive to request for bid, Bailey was great at explaining things. Their price was transparent and competitive. I appreciated that they were family business. Before hiring, I checked their credentials on the L&I website and I was happy to see they were registered, in good order, and insured. Service was excellent, I really appreciate a number of things including that they documented the conditions of the project and they took care while doing the job. They also cared about the details, for example, how I wanted to dispose of the moss they cleaned off the roof. Cole provided excellent information about the process and regular updates. I also appreciate the assurances they made to make sure I was satisfied. I am satisfied with the results and I highly recommend Melo. I would use them again for an exterior cleaning, gutters and roof.
