Our Story

Hi! We’re Azhar and Sumair, two friends, who were inspired to start this business to share rhinestone belts with everyone. The idea for rhinestone belts was born out of our school’s costume party in 2015. We had created unique rhinestone belts to match our party costumes. People liked what we made, the demand grew, and so we’re here.

The Factory

Located in Qingdao, Shandong, China, the factory has a bright and spacious atmosphere that employs innovative manufacturing methods. We are committed to high standards of quality, environmental sustainability, and safety for all employees. The average employee age is 41 and 76% of our employees are women, mostly from local communities. Staff enjoy three daily meals, eight-hour work days, weekends, holiday leave, and worker insurance. The factory boasts one of the lowest turnover rates in the industry, with each employee staying over five years on average.

Choosing a Factory

To find a factory that matches our standard criterion for morality and ethics, it took us several months. Auditing multiple factories for choosing the right workplace wasn’t easy, but we were determined and finally found a place that fit the part exceptionally to start the work.
