Shipping Information & General Merchandise Returns

Shipping Information:

Most in-stock products will ship in 2 days to 2 weeks. The email confirmation will give you the approximate ship time for all items on your order.

Special orders and custom bedding will ship in 4-6 weeks. Again, you will receive approximate ship dates for items on your order confirmation.

Shipping:  15% of purchases $200 or less.  Free shipping for purchases over $200.  These rates apply only to shipping within the continental United States.  For shipping outside the continental United States, please contact us to determine the shipping cost.  *If you prefer expedited shipping, call for pricing.


Damaged or Defective Merchandise Claims:
Our merchandise is carefully inspected and packed before shipping. Retain the original shipping box and report any damaged or defective items and within 3 days call us at  912-447-5885.

Returns: Returns must have a return authorization number and should be requested within ten (10) days of receipt of your merchandise. This RA number may be obtained by calling 1-912-447-5885 Monday-Saturday between 9:00-7:00 PST. The RA Number will also include the ship-to address for your return to one of our warehouses or our home office. Authorized returns or exchanges may be returned at your expense within 30 days of receipt of the order. Your returned items must be in the original packaging. Any items returned to Savannah Fine Linens without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.

Returns For Credit: If merchandise is returned within thirty (30) days of purchase in original, unopened packaging, a credit card refund will be issued for the full amount of the purchase minus a 20% restocking fee. You may also choose to receive a store credit in lieu of a credit card refund. Merchandise that is not in perfect condition will be declined and no refund issued. Laundered items will not be accepted.

Exchanges: Should you choose to return items for an exchange we will be happy to credit or bill your credit card for the difference in price for the exchange merchandise provided the returned merchandise is in original condition and packaging.

NO RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDERS, CUSTOM ORDERS, DISCOUNTED OR DISCONTINUED MERCHANDISE, OR MONOGRAMMED ITEMS.
