Graduated at the top of his class in 2008 while living in Egypt. He went on to earn two bachelor’s degrees: one in Marketing and International Business from Middlesex University in London, and another from Modern Sciences and Arts University in Cairo, Egypt.
Since joining our office in November 2021, Ahmed has taken charge of marketing initiatives and ensuring that patients experience the same high-quality service we promote online when they visit in person. He values the team’s shared sense of responsibility and dedication to keeping the business thriving, from scheduling patients to helping them rediscover their smiles.
Outside of work, Ahmed enjoys staying active with workouts, watching movies, indulging in shawarma, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with friends. He also loves going on road trips, attending music concerts, watching soccer games, and cheering for Manchester United.
Rosa, a proud graduate of Cesar E. Chavez High School and Gary Job Corps, joined our team in January 2023. She finds joy in coming to work each day, especially enjoying the morning meetings where she connects with colleagues, feeling supported and able to discuss anything with them. Her role plays a crucial part in the growth of our practice, as she coordinates new consultations that often lead to new patients.
Outside of work, Rosa treasures time with her family, which includes her three beloved fur babies (dogs). She also loves cooking for Kennedy and unwinding with her favorite movies, particularly Marvel, Harry Potter, and Star Wars
Sayde joined our office in August 2022. She attended community college for a year and then went off to graduate with honors in logistics from UFH. She has many years of experience working as a treatment coordinator, but since she moved to this office, she has been impressed by how gifted Dr. Noie is and how he works hard to provide patients with a great experience.
She contributes to the success of our office with her caring demeanor and works hard to ensure all her patients get an accepted treatment plan and put a smile back on their faces. She enjoys dancing, trying new restaurants, listening to music, performing charity work, and helping refugees.
Laurie graduated from dental school at the University of Texas in 2002 and joined our office the same year in September. She is the first to interact with our patients and helps gather the information Dr. Noie needs to make a precise diagnosis for their needs. She loves building relationships with her patients and educating them on how to improve their oral hygiene.
Laurie has a husband whom she loves dearly. They have been together for almost 13 years and are proud parents of an 11-year-old daughter who is their whole world and keeps them very busy with her extracurricular activities. Outside the office, Laurie enjoys working out and long-distance running. She also is a lover of traveling and is determined to visit all 50 states.
Henry started working with Dr. Noie in October 2022. He went to Houston Community College and the Pima Medical Institute to learn about dental assisting. Henry has worked in dentistry for eight years and likes helping the office make patients happy with their smiles. He helps in our lab to cut down costs and improve patient wait time.
Outside of work, Henry enjoys hiking, painting, playing the drums, and going to see live music.
Esmeralda enjoys attending church and engaging in volunteer work. She loves going out with friends and has been happily married to her husband for 22 years. Together, they have three children. Esmeralda was born and raised in Texas and has a passion for attending the rodeo.
John joined our team in November 2023 after graduating high school in 2016. With a background in computer technology, John has quickly become a valued junior lab technician. John handles the milling of all cases in the office and frequently shadows Henry during case deliveries and various restorations, gaining hands-on experience in both the technical and clinical aspects of dentistry.
Outside of work, John is an avid gym-goer and enjoys downhill long-boarding, “freeride” style, and practicing parkour. A self-proclaimed food connoisseur and car enthusiast, John stays busy with his many hobbies and loves to travel whenever possible.

Cassandra is a valued member of our team, known for her helpful, humble, understanding, and friendly nature. As our dedicated call center agent, she has been the first point of contact for all patient calls, consistently providing exceptional care and attention. Her calming and comforting demeanor ensures that every patient feels at ease when reaching out to us. Cassandra’s ability to handle patient inquiries with empathy and professionalism has earned her a stellar reputation. In addition to her outstanding work, she’s also an avid supporter of the Houston Astros, proudly cheering on her favorite team.
